Big day, on the go

Lunch today is a sandwich and drink from Starbucks, eaten off the hood of my car. Two auditions and child needing pickup from preschool, no time to waste.

The healthy option

A bit different today. Plain veggies, some brown rice with beans and cucumber slices, with olive oil and lemon juice drizzled over the whole thing to convince you that you’ve eaten something pleasurable. Jello for dessert.
