The healthy option
A bit different today. Plain veggies, some brown rice with beans and cucumber slices, with olive oil and lemon juice drizzled over the whole thing to convince you that you’ve eaten something pleasurable. Jello for dessert.
“Lunch”, sort of
If I leave work early today I won’t really have “lunch” per se, so I thought I’d at least share a meal. That’s PB & J, raisin bran, and that vaguely orange liquid might be orange juice. They water it down so much here it’s tough to say.
